Job Title: Rental Ski/Snowboard Technician

Department: Rentals

Reports to: Rental Manager        

The Rental Technician is responsible for fitting boots and ski/snowboard equipment for our guests while also providing exceptional guest service.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Sizing and assigning helmets, boots, skis and snowboards.
• Basic computer input to register guests in the system.
• Most work is indoor but periodic outdoor work will occur. We will train and certify all candidates.

How Can I Create Guests For Life:

• Assist with guest registration.
• Helping guests with the fitting of boots and helmets.
• Sizing and adjusting of skis/bindings and snowboards/bindings.
• Assist guests through the rental process.

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to speak and read the English language, Bi-lingual is a plus.
