Winter 24-25 Role - Hiring to begin Early Fall 2024
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking a punctual, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited for an opportunity to provide a guest with an experience that is beyond their expectations and creates guests for life. This individual will join our rental team and likely be the first individual our guests meet as they start their rental process.
REQUIREMENTS:
•A professional and friendly personality is essential to this important guest service role.
•Previous customer service experience and general computer knowledge are preferred.
•Timely and reliable attendance is essential even in inclement weather and must be available to work a flexible workweek, including holidays and weekends.
•Strong organizational and time management skills, particularly when working in a fast-paced environment or under pressure.
•Skiing and/or Snowboarding experience is preferred.
•Must be at least 16 years of age.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
•Assists guests during registration process.
•Assists guests in fitting equipment.
•Follows directives and operates independently.
•Performs preventive maintenance on all equipment.
•Ability to pass binding certification tests.
•Immediately reports operational and equipment challenges to Rental Supervisor.
•Maintains cleanliness of lodge and rental area.
•Maintains an accurate inventory of equipment.
•Returns all equipment to correct location.
•Safely operates all equipment and tools.
