WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking a punctual, detail-oriented Grounds Maintenance/Nighttime Snowmaker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited for an opportunity to provide a guest with an experience that is beyond their expectations and creates guests for life. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our resort grounds are well-maintained and safe for our guests and employees. Your work will directly contribute to providing an exceptional guest experience in a dynamic outdoor environment. This is a full time, year round position, that will work grounds maintenance in the Summer months and night shift snowmaking from November to March.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to work extended hours outdoors.
• Able to carry and lift up to 75lbs.
• Basic hand tool knowledge and skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to work night shift in winter (November-March) is 10PM-10AM.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Operate all grounds equipment and snow removal equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Work extended hours in the outdoors environment.
• Assist in the overall grounds maintenance of the resort.
• Work together as a team to complete daily tasks.
• Operate hand tools and light equipment.
• Work on the production of snow to create the best skiing surface for our guests.
• Other duties as assigned
