Job Title: Ambassador

Department: Guest Relations

Reports to: Ambassador Supervisor/Rental Manager

Paid to do what:  Ambassadors meet, greet and guide our guests throughout the resort.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Greet our guests in a warm and friendly way
  • Direct and assist our guests with the arrival and departure process
  • Be knowledgeable about the entire resort to answer any guest questions

 

Next Level Duties:

  • Assist guests in use of ticketing kiosks.
  • Expedite the moving of guests through the arrival process and into the park.
  • Assist with the bag check process.
  • Assist guests at the entrance gates with any ticket issues.
  • Monitor the exit/re-entry gate.

 

Must Have Personal Qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older preferred.
  • Ability to work in an outdoor environment with changing weather conditions.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and busy environment.
