WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: An individual who thrives in an outdoor, hands-on environment. The Snowmaking Supervisor will safely lead the dayshift crew in all snowmaking operations throughout the season and oversee grounds keeping in the Summer months. This is a full time, year round position, that will work grounds maintenance in the Summer months and snowmaking in the Winter months.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven ability to successfully lead a team.
• Strong time management and delegation skills.
• Understanding of snowmaking operations preferred.
• Ability to work extended hours outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift & carry up to 75 lbs.
• Landscaping and snowplow experience including equipment operation.
• Basic hand tool knowledge and skills.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Basic understanding of computers and technology.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Supervise and be hands-on with all snowmaking operations during the shift.
• Maintain a focus on safety for all associates and guests.
• Operate all snowmaking equipment and vehicles, including snowmobiles, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform basic snowmaking equipment maintenance.
• Work on the production of snow to create the best skiing surface for our guests.
• Assist in clearing/shoveling the parking areas and common areas of natural snow.
• Oversee all grounds keeping operations in the summer months.
• Other duties as assigned.
