WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Do you want to help create core memories for the guests?  We are seeking a punctual, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited for the opportunity to create guests for life.  Blue Crew is a fun, high-energy Brand Ambassador Team that is in constant interaction with Blue Mountain guests. These team members are likely the first point of contact our guests have when arriving at the mountain, so it is critical that the supervisor mentors team members to provide genuine, courteous, and helpful customer service that generates the ‘Wow!’ factor.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a willingness to initiate guest contact in a friendly manner.
  • Ability to teach and mentor team members to deliver excellent guest services
  • Recruit, schedule, and train team members
  • Must be willing to work outdoors
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous
  • Timely and reliable attendance is essential even in inclement weather and must be available to work a flexible workweek including holidays and weekends
  • Knowledge and passion about skiing and snowboarding, marketing, and guest relation
  • Must be 18 years of age.
