As a key player in our winter sports rental service, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience on the slopes by providing top-notch equipment and exceptional customer service. • Focus on safety for yourself and others.
• Sizing and assigning helmets, boots, skis, and snowboards.
• Basic computer input to register guests in the system.
• Most work is indoors but periodic outdoor work will occur. We will train and certify all candidates.
• Assist with guest registration.
• Assist with fitting of boots and helmets.
• Sizing and adjusting of skis/bindings and snowboards/bindings.
• Assist guests through the rental process.
