Teaching a variety of classes including low/high ropes courses, archery, orienteering, climbing tower, or even wilderness survival. Assisting our team with program expansion, general upkeep of teaching areas, planning and leading special programs, and helping in daily operations. Leading facilitation of corporate team building activities. Able to handle the responsibility of occasional recreational weekend activities for parent/child groups. Other duties as assigned, including housekeeping, work projects and kitchen support
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and/or experience in related field.
Mature individual with integrity, strong decision-making skills and moral character.
Ability to clearly communicate with groups or individual guests which will include children, adults, peers and supervisors.
First Aid, CPR & AED certifications (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
Must complete background check to include: PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA Criminal Record Checks & FBI Fingerprinting.
Facilitate recreation, environmental education, team building and other programming.
Actively participate in all training and in-services necessary to perform job responsibilities.
Assist with hosting mealtimes, evening responsibilities, housekeeping and kitchen support.
Adhere to program curriculum when working with guests.
Provide a safe environment for all guests and staff
