WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The ideal Tubing Attendant for Bear Creek is a guest service focused individual with the ability to help create a positive, memorable experience for our guests. The successful team member will be able to work with their team as well as individually, have good communication skills, and foster the Bear Creek culture by focusing on our guests. This position will be an important member of the Tubing team, as they are first team members in the department that guests see establishing the guest service standards to be expected.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Provide a safe, enjoyable and efficient experience for our guests on the conveyor belt
• Greet guests, anticipate their needs and provide information about the facilities and services
• Provide guests with rules for tube park
• Create an environment of enjoyment while guests wait
• Observe tubers, give verbal and nonverbal commands as needed
• Set up and tear down of tubing
• Operate conveyor belt with supervisor present
• Responsible for guests going through the RFID
• Maintain carpet decks
• Snow removal from walkway and carpet
• Knowledgeable of tubing requirements including evacuation procedures in case of an emergency
• Safe and orderly loading and unloading of the conveyor belt
• Work outside in all weather conditions and any time of day or evening as needed
• Daily opening and closing procedures will be followed
• Monitor the tubing equipment throughout the session; report any mechanical problems or necessary repairs to supervisor/shift leader immediately
• Execution of lift shut down and evacuation procedures in case of an emergency.
• Coordinate with shift lead/supervisor concerning tubing operations needs and expectations
• Inform supervisor of any necessary repairs to equipment
• Quick to stop the carpet in case of emergency
