WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The ideal Rental Associate Technician for Bear Creek is a guest service focused individual with the ability to help create a positive, memorable experience for our guests. The successful team member will be able to work with their team as well as individually, have good communication skills, be detail oriented and foster the Bear Creek culture by focusing on our guests. This position will be an important member of the Rental team providing a safe set up of skis and/or snowboards for our guests in an efficient manner. The right person will work with the guest to ensure that the rental equipment fits properly using the tools provided.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Properly fit customers with rental equipment

• Accurately read binding charts and adjust bindings

• Properly attach and adjust snowboard bindings

• Ability to explain proper use of skis, snowboards and bindings

• Pass appropriate binding tests

• Enter equipment barcodes into the computer accurately and completely

• Visually inspect all skis to ensure they are in good working order

• Cross train in all other areas of the rental operation

• Always keep a clean and efficient working environment

• Keep all guest areas, inside and outside the rental building clean

• Provide world class guest service to all customers

• Perform duties as efficiently and accurately as possible

• Assist with rental returns

• Be responsible for Bear Creek tools
